Use a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape close to your body but not tight. Measure over your undergarment for the most accurate results.

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under the armpits.
Measure from the edge of one shoulder across the back to the edge of the other shoulder.
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, straight down to the desired hemline.
Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff with your arm slightly bent.
